We know that sometimes things come up, but as a courtesy to our stylists we ask that you provide 24 hours notice before rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

Same day cancellations may result in a service charge valued at 50% of your missed service cost.

No call/no show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the missed service cost before rebooking with any stylist.

Similarly, If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

Covid-19

Masks are required and must be worn for the entirety of your service.

We are adhering to all CDC recommended guidelines including but not limited to: Requiring all guests and staff to wear masks, regularly sanitizing all common areas and high touch points, sanitizing between each individual client, and operating at half capacity in order to allow for social distancing.
For the safety of our guests and staff, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have had a known exposure.
