Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee valued at 50% of your original service cost. Clients who “no call, no show” will be required to pay the full amount of their missed service.
We require a credit card to keep on file for all appointment bookings.

Covid 19

 

We are following all guidelines provided by The State Board of Cosmetology in preventing the spread of Covid-19, including sanitizing between every guest to ensure a safe environment for all.  We also have low traffic days that you can schedule if that is something that appeals to you.

 

Confirmations

All appointments must be confirmed prior to the appointment.  Please respond back to the text message we send you 3 days before to your appointment with a “C” to avoid receiving a phone call from us.
