Must See Men’s Haircut Trends for 2015

 In Hair Trends

menshaircuts2015For Men’s Haircuts in general the difference is in the details and for 2015, it is all about Length!

In past seasons, we saw a tighter line around the ears and neckline. Now, it’s a shaggier lived-in longer look. Our stylist’s at adore hair studio in Atlanta are using the classic scissor-over-comb technique and we strongly advise putting down the clippers this season.

We’re glad this sophisticated, modern approach to length is here to stay for a while and if done correctly can look very masculine. Think again if you plan on not seeing your hair stylist for a while. As you are in grow-out mode, we advise getting regular trims or you’ll wind up with split ends and straggly-looking hair.

If you do find yourself in a lousy, transitional period, head straight to your fav adore stylist for a trim and also offer some expert advice on how best to get you over the hump. The best advice we can give is to keep it groomed.

  • Shampoo it at least three, if not four, times a week depending on how much you work out and sweat. You also have to make sure you’re conditioning, because the weight of the conditioner will help lay the hair down. We recommend Bumble and bumble Gentle Shampoo and Super-Rich Conditioner.
  • You are going to need styling products to help tame that mane. Bumble and bumble’s Tonic Lotion has tea-tree oil in it that will moisturize and rebalance the scalp and help detangle.
  • We also recommend finishing with Bumble and bumble’s Sumotech! (Sumotech is Allure Magazine’s Best of Beauty winner and guys love it because it adds piecey-ness to long hair.) You better throw one in your gym bag too!

If you need us along the way, we are more than happy to help. But, PLEASE don’t forget to keep your neck trimmed!
