Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and
clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed by email, text, and phone calls if needed.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.  Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your service total. If you
have an appointment on a Tuesday, you will need to notify the front desk via Message, Email or Phone by close of business Saturday as we are closed on
Sunday/ Monday and reopen for business on Tuesday mornings. We recommend contacting your stylist directly for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of your service total.
We do not allow rescheduled appointments within 24 hours, and the same cancellation policy charges apply. These charges are NOT a deposit for the
rescheduled appointment. You will be required to pay the full amount of the service at the time of the rescheduled appointment.
“NO SHOW/NO CALL” will be charged 100% of the booked service ( Same day cancellations and 15 minute late appointments are considered a NO SHOW).
We require a credit card to keep on file for all appointment bookings.

Redos & Adjustments

We offer a full consultation before all services begin.  If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 7 days or less of your hair appointment.  This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind” or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind. This includes products and services.  See our Redo Policies if you are dissatisfied with your results.
